In the end of March, we closed our
PBR Interior Design Challenge, and after a thorough technical review we finally have the best of the best selected. We had two categories in this challenge: best model and best portfolio, each with three winners to be announced. Here are the winners among those who submitted more than 2 models that met all of the technical requirements and were of high aesthetic value.
Portfolio category
3rd place in the portfolio category and the prize of 500$ goes to UrbanDisplay, who has focused on various furniture pieces and submitted quite a number of those for this competition. Here are a few models submitted by UrbanDisplay for the challenge.
$1,000 prize and the 2nd place in best portfolio category is awarded to cgseeds, who modeled a number of diverse interior objects ranging from lamps and vases to spice grinders and laundry baskets for this challenge.
And THE best portfolio award, 1st place and $1,500 in cash goes to marlis, who submitted 29 amazing models for this challenge. The author manages to bring an amazing level of detail even to simple plant objects, which we highly appreciate. We believe this is artist to follow and learn from.
Best model category
3rd place in the best model category goes to Arowana Sculpture by sawang-graphicart. Sawang-graphicart wins $500 and a complimentary subscription to Photoshop by Adobe for a year.
Marlis wins another prize - 2nd place in best model category for the Icosaeder Concrete Potted Cactus. This nominations brings the author $1,000 and a complimentary subscription to Creative Cloud by Adobe for a year.
And the
1st place award for the best model in the PBR Interior Design Challenge, $1,500 and and a complimentary subscription to Creative Cloud by Adobe for a year go to dimdimich and the model Vintage leather armchair.
